This section of my portfolio is all about the culture, the people, and the fun of Eastside Prep that make going to work each day so rewarding. The common thread running through “Community Membership and Support” and “Collegial Dynamics” is just how important to me are the people of Eastside Prep. It is interactions with colleagues that fuel my work and that inspire me to improve. The supportive atmosphere of adults at our school sets the tone for the culture of the entire EPS community.
